Wilson’s Exchange Option

Here at Wilson’s we strive to ensure you are happy with your vehicle. Sometimes, though, the vehicle you chose just doesn’t work with your lifestyle. So to help with situations like this, we’ve implemented a policy that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it within 5 days or 500 kilometers (whichever comes first) from the date of delivery for any other eligible vehicle. Any price difference will either be refunded or charged to you, whichever is applicable.

ELIGIBILITY

Unless indicated by Mark Wilson’s Better Used Cars, all of our available Certified vehicles are eligible for the Exchange Privilege during the first 5 days or 500 kilometres of ownership. However, the exchanged vehicle has to meet the following criteria:

  • The vehicle cannot have been transferred from the name of the purchaser.
  • The vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was delivered, without any extra damage or excessive wear and tear.

EXCLUSIONS

This is a one-time option – the replacement vehicle cannot be exchanged.

Excluded vehicles: Specialty Vehicles (any modified for snowplowing, taxi or limo service, etc), Exotics, Classics, Sports Cars – ask your sales professional or sales manager for further clarification.

Vehicles financed under a credit rebuilding program.

Also, vehicles that have been modified with aftermarket accessories/products may not be eligible for exchange.

Vehicles involved in accidents during the 5 days/500 km parameters.

INSPECTION

Every vehicle returned under the Wilsons Exchange Option will be inspected. If any damage or excessive wear and tear is found, the vehicle will not be eligible for return, unless the damages are fixed by the customer or the amount will be deducted from the exchange value.

AVAILABLE INVENTORY DISCLAIMER

If you decide to exchange the vehicle but cannot find one suitable in our available inventory, you have the option to wait until something comes in. However, you are required to leave the returned vehicle with us and we will not provide alternative transportation in the meantime.
