COVID-19 Sales Appointment Protocol
For guest and staff safety, all visits to the dealership are to be scheduled by appointment preferably, but walk-ins may be possible depending on availability.
The sales appointment procedure will be as follows:
Mark Wilson’s is currently offering shop online or by appointment only, we also offer to deliver the vehicle straight to your door within a 100km radius. Please send an email to our sales managers at firstname.lastname@example.org or go on to our website – www.shopwilsons.com and purchase your vehicle online.
Test-Drive Vehicle Preparation
- Our dealership facility will be closed to the public, you can purchase your vehicle online or schedule an appointment to test-drive your vehicle of choice.
- For clients that are ready to move forward with a specific vehicle, we are making arrangements for them to view their vehicle. This is can be done by scheduling an appointment, once arriving at the dealership, please give the dealership a call at 1-866-738-6045 and your sales representative will meet you outside. There would be no access to the facilities inside unless told otherwise.
- If you purchase your vehicle online, you would have already agreed to the transaction pending an inspection and drive. The vehicle would be wiped down and ready for you at your pre-arranged time. We will provide the signing of necessary documents that require an original signature when we deliver your vehicle to you, then the rest of the paperwork can be completed electronically by one of our finance management team, they will walk you through the next steps by phone.
- If you decide to schedule an appointment to visit our dealership, your sales representative will meet you outside, and provide you with the necessary documents. You will then meet with one of our finance management team and they will walk you through the next steps.
We recognize this is quite an unusual process, but these are unusual times, we are trying to protect both you and our employees.
